Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Service Description

RPCaaS provides multi-chain JSON-RPC endpoint access for blockchain networks including Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, and Ethereum. The service proxies standard JSON-RPC requests to blockchain full nodes operated by us.

2. API Keys

API keys are issued for individual use. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key or embed it in client-side code. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that violate these terms or are used in a manner that degrades service for other users.

3. Rate Limits

Each tier has defined rate limits (requests per second, per day, and per month). Exceeding these limits results in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse of rate limits may result in key revocation.

4. Payment

Paid tiers are billed monthly in USDC. Payments are non-refundable. If payment is not received by the due date, your API key will be downgraded to the free tier. We do not store credit card information; all payments are processed via USDC transfers on-chain.

5. Service Level

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Blockchain nodes may fall out of sync, require maintenance, or experience temporary outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

7. Data and Privacy

We do not collect personal information. API keys are anonymous. We log request counts for metering purposes. We do not log the content of your JSON-RPC requests. We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
